The Instant Cook by Donna Hay
October 25th, 2007 | by JanetBesides being a visually stunning cookbook with full page pictures, I love this book for three other reasons:
1. The combination of Pacific Rim and Asian flavors is one of my favorites.
2. The recipes are fresh and simplistic, with usually only a few ingredients combined in a creative way.
3. For many of the recipes, she includes a master recipe along with three variations with accompanying pictures.
