I know it’s kind of crazy to get excited about a cutting board but this is my favorite new cooking tool.  It’s sturdy (it really does “Grip”), and the handle makes it easy to move about to scrape your cuttings into a bowl or to wash.  The Grippers are available in lots of different colors to match your decor or buy several for the different foods you’re preparing to cook.
