Grilled Pineapple with Rum Cream Sauce

I have an indoor little grill that I use for this or, like last night, we grilled the pineapple while the coals were still hot after pulling some steaks off the outside Weber. This sauce would be great for all kinds of fruit, including bananas or grilled peaches.
Grilled Pineapple with Rum Cream Sauce
Makes about 1 1/2 cups sauce
2 pineapple spears per person
4 Tbls. butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup rum
1/4 cup fresh lime juiceGrill the pineapple on each side for about 5 minutes. Combine the butter, sugar and cream in a sauce pan and bring to a boil for the sugar to melt. Take off the heat and stir in the rum and lime juice. Spoon the sauce over the pineapple and serve.
